We take hygiene and safety seriously, which means all sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges. Every pair of our polymer clay earrings is handmade, so tiny quirks or imperfections may happen. These little imperfections are part of the charm and don’t qualify for refunds or exchanges, but don’t worry, we’d never send anything that doesn’t meet our standards. Once your order is processed, it can’t be canceled. If something feels off with your order, reach out and we’ll do our best to help. We’re not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If that happens, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier. Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you got the wrong item, contact us right away so we can sort it out.
