Shipping Policies

Processing Time: Processing your order usually takes 6-8 business days before it ships, unless we say otherwise.  Domestic Orders: All domestic orders ship with USPS.  International Orders: International orders go out via USPS First Class Package International.  Customs Fees: We don’t cover customs or VAT fees. Any charges when your package arrives are on you.  Free Domestic Shipping: Orders over $65 get free domestic shipping automatically at checkout.  Shipping Rates: USPS sets shipping rates, and yes, they can get a little wild around the holidays.  Tracking Info: Once your order is packed up and ready to go, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow along.  Delays: We can’t control COVID-19 or USPS delays, so please be patient if your package takes a little longer than expected.  Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping info at checkout. Wrong address equals lost package. If you need to change it, email us before we process your order.  Lost or Stolen Packages: Once USPS has your package, we can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen items. File a claim with USPS if that happens.  Returned Packages & Reshipping: If your package comes back to us or needs to be reshipped, the reshipping fee is on the customer.
