Howdy y’all! I’m Erin Bailey, the chaotic human behind all the earrings. 

Back in the whirlwind that was 2020, I went searching for a creative outlet I could enjoy from the comfort of home and ended up falling completely in love with polymer clay. What started as a simple hobby quickly turned into something so much bigger, and in January 2021 I took a leap of faith and opened my little business.

Underneath all the polymer clay dust, long market weekends, and late nights in the studio, I’m really just a regular thirty-something figuring things out as I go. I love a cozy night at home just as much as a busy market day, usually with a romantasy audiobook playing, Taylor Swift on repeat, and my cats and dog keeping me company (and offering their silent judgment).

Now, five years into MAClayCo, I’m still here shaping clay, chasing big dreams, and building my own tiny empire one piece at a time. As I head into 2026, my goal is simple: keep growing, keep creating, and keep sharing my art with you.

Creating for this community lights me up in ways I never expected, and I’m endlessly grateful for every like, share, order, and cheer you’ve sent my way. This little corner of the internet has become such a happy place for me, and I love getting to connect with you beyond the clay.
